Notes from Dr. Siegel: The tip of our patient’s nose was already tilted. She disliked the droopy appearance, which was due to the hump, not the tip. Her rhinoplasty achieved a natural look by removing the hump, creating a natural-looking bridge with a soft curve, and keeping the same position of the tip (so to prevent the nose from appearing too lifted).
