Notes from Dr. Siegel: Mixed heritage Hispanic and Asian patient requesting subtle changes to her appearance. She mainly wanted a narrower alar base, more tip definition, and a reduction of a small hump. An ultrasonic rhinoplasty was performed to reshape the bones of the nose and deliver a natural result. The tip was addressed with a preservation rhinoplasty approach and an alar base reduction with hidden incisions.
