Teen Rhinoplasty 03

Notes from Dr. Siegel: Hispanic teen with a dorsal hump, bulbous and very droopy tip. We performed a rhinoplasty to achieve her goals: a shorter and more feminine nose. The hump was removed, a soft feminine curve was created, and the tip was shortened and lifted.
