Notes from Dr. Siegel: Patient had a previous rhinoplasty with placement of a silicone implant, which shifted and created the appearance of a hump. A rhinoplasty was performed to remove the silicone implant. Cartilage was used to create a new bridge that appeared more feminine, and to create a tip with more definition.
